 Job Description

This position combines year-round responsibilities in Customer Service, Operations and Sales with changing priorities based on peak seasonal demands. Responsibilities include; the daily execution of Customer Service tasks - interacting with Sales Representatives and dealers to resolve problems to ensure best possible service to all our customers. This role is also responsible for providing operational support to the Apparel Manager. Responsibilities include; showroom support as well as samples management. In this role, you will also be responsible to follow reception of apparel product from suppliers and updated related documents.


  • Communicates with customers & representatives; by phone, e-mail, products information, prices and availability.
  • Key account operational management (FGL, Sport Experts, Sporting Life, Winners, SAIL, Clement) Order entry – data management -
  • Enter, verify, maintain and follow orders in M3, Pivot Link & Sales force
  • Maintain Apparel Products Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) in M3 and update data base.
  • Receives samples and organize showroom and distributes samples sets
  • Collaborate with sales, to help coordinate and plan for tradeshows and sales meetings.
  • Communicate with apparel warehouse on stock arrival and delivery volume.
  • Know and test the market products sold by Groupe Rossignol and keep informed on innovations and changes.
  • Works with Marketing & Product Assistance to have enough knowledge to answers E Commerce customers request.
  • Support and interact with sales force to help resolve account problems.
  • Interface with Traffic, Credit, and Warehouse Departments to ensure that accounts receive good and timely service.
  • Other projects related to the sales assigned by the supervisor

Education and/or Experience

  • College Education or equivalent; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities

Language Skills

  • Position requires complete bi-lingual capability in French/English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as workplace rules & the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of suppliers/customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Position requires strong problem solving and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Computer Skills

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with M3, the Rossignol Group's core operating system. Familiarity with PivotLink & Salesforce (a web-based Inventory/Sales analysis system used by Rossignol).

Communications/Leadership Skills

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively work/interact with all departments throughout the organization. Ability to coordinate the efforts of multiple individuals/departments with varying priorities/agenda.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision

Work Environment

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Travel Requirements

  • Position requires occasional several-day trips by airplane to the Rossignol Group’s North American headquarters in Park City, UT.
