This position combines year-round responsibilities in Customer Service, Operations and Sales with changing priorities based on peak seasonal demands. Responsibilities include; the daily execution of Customer Service tasks - interacting with Sales Representatives and dealers to resolve problems to ensure best possible service to all our customers. This role is also responsible for providing operational support to the Apparel Manager. Responsibilities include; showroom support as well as samples management. In this role, you will also be responsible to follow reception of apparel product from suppliers and updated related documents.
