YinzCam is  looking for a highly organized Executive Business Operations Assistant to the CEO, to serve as the CEO's right-hand, to maintain/track/forecast the day-to-day schedule of business operations, product releases, and resources, for our portfolio of digital products for 180+ sports properties around the world.

The ideal candidate maintains the pulse of operations, across multiple departments, for a company that has deadlines and product launches every day. The ideal candidate has a passion for processes, scheduling, efficiency, and digital products for sports. In addition, they must be a self-starter with the ability to learn about mobile apps and manage multiple projects at a fast pace, without dropping the ball. We are a 24/7/365 global sports entity, so a solid understanding and love of sports and digital platforms is highly desired. As is the case in sports, hard work, passion, drive, client focus, and understanding what clients want are the elements that will make for a successful and integral part of our team.

What you will be doing...

  • Daily reporting to the CEO on the progress of the company's product releases and deliverables
  • Maintaining the product-release calendar for YinzCam's mobile apps and mobile products
  • Maintain the product-release runbook for all of the company's products
  • Forecasting the company's work schedule on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Evaluating and escalating schedule risks and deliverable risks early
  • Continually work towards improving the product-release process
  • Co-ordinate all product go-live activities including maintaining product checklists
  • Ensuring projects are not under-resourced, and people are not over-loaded
  • Ensure product releases are delivered on time, and that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Communicate all key project dates, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • 2 years+ of experience in project management and digital products
  • Expertise in JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with product requirements documents
  • Highly organized across multiple projects and in the face of competing priorities
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
  • Experience with delivering multiple major deadline-critical projects on time
  • Strong work ethic and can work with cross-functional teams like Engineering, QA, and Design
  • Strong desire to learn and grow career in business operations and project management
  • Degree in engineering, project management
