 Job Description

The Customer Operations Lead role support the FanDuel Groups brands; FanDuel, Betfair US, and TVG, Customer Operations teams. These teams provide complete, accurate responses to subscriber contacts regarding FanDuel’s DFS, Sportsbook, Casino and account wagering (horse racing) services. Customer Operations Lead provides outstanding customer service while responding to inbound, outbound, or escalated contacts concerning subscriber account management, financial transaction, technical support, and wager history inquiries. Works with other departments to understand and execute promotions and product releases as to effectively communicate to team members. Assists in building training documentation and surfacing information throughout the team.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Support experience required
  • Licensure: Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies. Failure to be licensed or retain licensure will result in termination of employment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or in lieu of experience
  • Availability to work flexible hours that include nights and weekends
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing software
  • A quick and creative problem-solving mind
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel required
  • Effective oral and written skills required
  • Ability to actively listen to what others have to say and restate information to ensure understanding
  • Provide and document complete and accurate information concerning errors and escalations
  • Ability to maintain professional business standards at all times
  • Knowledge of FanDuel Group practices and policies regarding customer escalation preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of the DFS, Sportsbetting, Casino, or horse racing industry preferred
