The Customer Operations Lead role support the FanDuel Groups brands; FanDuel, Betfair US, and TVG, Customer Operations teams. These teams provide complete, accurate responses to subscriber contacts regarding FanDuel’s DFS, Sportsbook, Casino and account wagering (horse racing) services. Customer Operations Lead provides outstanding customer service while responding to inbound, outbound, or escalated contacts concerning subscriber account management, financial transaction, technical support, and wager history inquiries. Works with other departments to understand and execute promotions and product releases as to effectively communicate to team members. Assists in building training documentation and surfacing information throughout the team.
