Working with the VP HR, this role will be responsible for creating a complete talent strategy that encompasses all aspects of the employee experience and life-cycle for both Golf Town and Sporting Life. You will have the opportunity to deliver best in class learning and development programs, craft a culture of learning and self-improvement, work with the Executive Leadership Team to capitalize on organizational design and succession planning activities, and lead the recruitment function for both banners.
