Job Description
Job Description- Undergo training of ticket systems, call scripts and other sales training
- Building customer relationships
- Handling customer service and ticketing issues
- Learn and be knowledgeable of all ticket options and stadium locations
- Taking ticket orders (in person & via phone), interact with fans, problem solve, work in box office and will call
- Calling potential buyers
- Answering incoming calls
- Distributing pocket schedules to local businesses
- Hours: Two Hours before games on non-office hour days
- Office Hour options: M & TH: 10-4 | T & F: 10-4 | W & SA: 10-4

The team rebranded in January of 2020 and received national attention. The Y’alls entertain and promote baseball in the NKY community by fielding a winning professional baseball team and a fan first organization.
