Job Description
Job Description- Generate revenue using all sales methods, including face-to-face appointments, arena tours at the $200M INTRUST Bank Arena, prospecting and cold calls
- Set up face-to-face appointments with prospects at INTRUST Bank Arena
- Organize meetings with clients to assess needs and present opportunities
- In addition to receiving sales leads from management, generate personal leads to maximize prospects and revenue
- Generate new group ideas and successfully implement them
- Meet and strive to exceed daily call and appointment goals and monthly and long term sales goals
- Maintain detailed call and account records in CRM and ticketing database
- Work within a team environment to achieve overall team goals and individual goals
- Provide excellent and prompt service to clients and customers
- Work home games and events outside of the normal business day as needed
- Identify new business opportunities through networking events
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales experience (preferred)
- Motivated to start a career in professional sports
- Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends

The Wichita Thunder is a minor league hockey team based in Wichita, Kansas. The team played in the Central Hockey League from 1992 until 2014, and then in the ECHL since the 2014–15 season. From 1992 until December 2009, the Thunder played in the Britt Brown Arena located in the northern Wichita suburb of Park City.
