Job Description
Job DescriptionThe Soccer Instructors will be leading OSSC participants in our instructive “Skills, Drills & Play” program. They will be required to have an excellent understanding of the sport, an ability to break down the mechanics of soccer and have experience with instructing and/or teaching. This person will provide input into each 6-week lesson plan (2 sessions), set-up the field if needed, and lead the sessions.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Be a positive, fun, outgoing and enthusiastic person
- Arrive at the facility 15 minutes before each session to ensure facility is ready, equipment is set-up and to answer any member questions
- Be available to work a block of 2 or 4 hours within the range of 6-10pm
- Bilingual (French/English) an asset (but not mandatory)
- Wear an OSSC instructor shirt to every session (provided by the OSSC)
- Bring the needed equipment to each session (possible storage at each facility)

The leagues run year-round with three distinct seasons: Fall, Winter, and Sprummer (spring/summer) with mid-season leagues also being offered.
