Job Description
Job Description- Enter accounts payable into QuickBooks
- Enter AR into QuickBooks and send out monthly invoices to all customers
- Reconcile bank statements
- Enter credit card charges into QuickBooks
- Financial Report Preparation
- Maintain binders and files in a detail and organized manner
- Executive calendar management
- Enter contracts into contract management system
- Online research
- Other data entry as needed
- Summarizing information into memoranda and executive summaries
- Document collation and preparation for presentation
- Executive travel arrangements
- Answering phones and routing calls to appropriate personnelOther general office duties to include working with existing staff for copier and phone maintenance, breakroom supplies, mailings, etc.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Self-starter
- Ability to multi-task in a faced pace environment a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- QuickBooks Desktop and Online accounting software a must
- Google programs to include Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar
- Basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
