Job Description
Job Description- Assist in getting the facility prepared for event season
- Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, and scheduling of part-time staff for events held at Warner Park.
- Assist in scheduling of part-time staff and monitor/assess/process scheduling requests in accordance with event staffing needs.
- Attend all staff training events
- Assist with staff check in for events
- Assist in part time staff work documentation
- Under the guidance of Director of Finance, assist with review, input and reporting of the bi-weekly part time payroll
- Organize the Fan Zone staffing schedule, set up and tear down, and ticketing/revenue
- Oversee that employees are creating the best experience for fans
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Creative mind set with the ability to on one’s feet quickly in a fast paced environment
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Upbeat and fun personality
- Previous human resource experience preferred
- Flexible schedule/ability to work long hours on event days
- Demonstrated experience with HR principles, laws and regulations via either previous employment experience or completed coursework
