Job Description
Job Description- Reporting to the General Manager
- Assist or help the General Manager to ensure that all aspects of stadium operations are completed in a timely manner
- Assist or help the General Manager in preparing the baseball field before and after Mallards games, and all special events
- Assist and help the General Manager in preparing the ballpark for opening day
- Help or assist the General Manager in management of the Mallards and visiting team clubhouse – this includes player meals, laundry, and team travel
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Be capable of taking direction in completing assigned tasks under direct supervision
- Basic knowledge of baseball field preparation is preferred, but not required
- Some knowledge or experience working with tools
- Ability to think on one's feet and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard working individuals who can adapt to different situations in a high stress environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors, rain or shine
