Assistant General Manager (Stipend/Internship Role)

The Assistant General Manager will work directly with the General Manager to run the day to
day operations of the organization. You will get a first hand opportunity to learn about sports and take a lead on almost all administrative tasks within the club. The position will oversee a group of 4 to 5 interns and will work directly with the Technical Director and the Head Coach.  This club is looking for Candidates that can start as soon as possible.
● This position will be responsible for working directly with the General Manager to
ensure the team is operating on all cylinders
● Will work directly with the United Soccer League to help ensure the team stays
compliant with league requirements
● Work directly with marketing to promote and publicize the team. This will be done
through grass roots marketing.
● Work with the GM to plan and execute game days at FDU and also travel execution for
away games.
● Will learn oversight skills and help manage people within the organization

● Knowledge of sports and hopefully some with soccer ● Good written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to adapt and change according to situations ● Mastery of graphic design software (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (i.e. Final Cut Pro, Premier) ● Up to date on the latest trends and best practices in marketing and social media with a emphasis on sports (The position will get a $800 a month stipend for the months of May, June, and July)
