Position Overview

The team is in search of outgoing, qualified candidates that have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This highly motivated individual will be a key contributor in the execution of the event in many facets such as event preparation (setup/breakdown), ticket booth, in-game promotion activations, tending to guest requests, and other duties as requested in relation to the execution of game.

• Work with operations team on game day, which includes leading a pre-event walk through of the stadium
• Develop game day operations agenda (detailed schedule for all home games)
• Field set up/break down
• Locker room and Referee room set up/clean up
• Communicate with F&B to ensure hospitality areas are cleaned, staged and properly stocked
• Work with Community Relations to help implement in-game activations (pregame, half time, post game)
• Tend to Guest Service request as needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Ability to adapt on the fly to assist in areas of need
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation to scheduled shifts
• Must be able to stand/walk for extend period of time (throughout an 8 hr. shifts)
• Demonstrate a friendly approach, positive attitude, and engage in fan interaction
• Flexible schedule (shifts include nights, weekends, holidays), including availability for all home games
