Job Description
Job Description- Assist with the ordering of new merchandise and visual display of merchandise in stores.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge that can be well communicated to customers.
- Help with the conceptualization and implementation of merchandise promotions, including in-store online promotions.
- Receive and inspect all new merchandise.
- Process internet orders daily, and assist in the maintenance of the online store.
- Co-manage the team store.
- Help train and support part time staff with techniques that promote excellent customer service skills
- Assist in the preparation of all points of sale systems and maintain balanced drawers at opening and closing of shifts.
- Assist with inventory control, and complete one inventory audit.
- Organize products in storage rooms and maintain cleanliness of storage rooms.
- Help execute all retail promotions; Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc.
- Maintain and restock of the gift shop daily.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, engaging fans with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for our brand.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Currently enrolled in a college/university or obtained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a sports environment and/or retail and customer service experience are strongly preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
