Job Description
Job DescriptionTexas Motor Speedway is seeking a positive and motivated individual to produce revenue for the company through a variety of inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Primary (Essential Duties)
- Generate revenue through season ticket, weekend package, single race, camping, and other add-ons and upsells
- Provide exemplary customer service while answering inbound phone lines
- Play key role in managing the inbound phone lines of multiple tracks
- Assist callers in variety of needs through inbound phone lines
- Pursue new sales opportunities through use of referrals, prospecting, and networking
- Control daily effort and attitude
- Take detailed notes and records of sales engagement through CRM system
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- You understand the importance on finding solutions for your clients
- You can clearly determine and communicate value to individuals
- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and communication skills
- Patience to handle inbound calls that are not revenue related
- Ability to multi-task
- Skilled communicating over the phone, email, text messaging, and in person
Experience/Education Requirements
- College degree from an accredited college or university
- Previous ticket sales experience preferred
- Sports business background preferred
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, some holidays and some overtime to meet business needs
- Lift 50+ pounds and work sales tables during races and events. Standing for extended periods of time
