Director of Finance

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director, Finance is responsible for leading and directing the Finance department, involving a mix of leadership and the ability to complete initiatives individually. The position will direct and oversee: accounting and financial functions, including general ledger, billing and collections and payables; financial planning and analysis including budget preparation and variance analysis, and analysis of KPIs; and treasury and banking. The role will be responsible for driving improvements in the financial applications and processes and driving strategic cross-functional initiatives to improve financial data analysis across the organization.

• 5 - 10 years of experience in progressively more senior finance and accounting role
• Professional accounting designation (CPA)
• Experienced leader with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team
• Passionate about leveraging technology and experienced in implementing financial software to automate accounting and finance processes to support automation and scale
