 Job Description

The Account Executive, Inside Sales reports to the Director of Inside Sales and will assist with all outbound ticket sales related functions. This individual will be primarily responsible for selling season tickets, group tickets, and individual match tickets. This is a salary nonexempt role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals. The FC Cincinnati Inside Sales team is expected to lead our Ticket Sales and Service team in overall phone call and email activity with prospective ticket buyers
  • Manage interactions with prospects through use of CRM system including accurately documenting client information and abiding by team policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Special Events, Community Relations, product management and Ticket Operations to promote new ticket campaigns and ticket-based offerings
  • Assist with sales and retention efforts including servicing and upselling existing and new clients
  • Assist event staff during matches with day-to-day customer service, operations, ticket fulfillment, and other miscellaneous duties
  • Attend events and complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
  • 6 months + prior experience in outbound sales, sports or live entertainment preferred but not required

  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced working environment

  • An innovated approach and willingness to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by FCC game schedules, premium and hospitality events
