The Los Angeles Rams are working to build our legacy as a top sports brand in Los Angeles. With the opening of our new home at SoFi Stadium, a plethora of events in the offseason and working to create meaningful cultural connections with new fans across LA, the calendar is chock full of amazing brand experiences.

The Partnership Strategy Intern will assist the Partnership Strategy department in supporting prospective sponsor proposals and tracking and managing current sponsor campaigns. The ideal candidate is confident in analyzing numbers and interpreting what they mean, a proactive problem-solver, as well as creative in ideating and perfecting event, social, and digital marketing campaigns. This unique hybrid role is best suited for a both creative & analytical mind and will give the Partnership Strategy Intern experience in brand partnerships, marketing, social media, and analytics.

  • Day-to-day management of Rams sponsorship tracking platforms, including social analytics tools and earned media tracking tools
  • Supporting monthly sponsor digital & social campaign insights
  • Identifying & recommending ways to improve partner digital & social campaigns
  • Supporting outbound partner proposals & renewals with creative ideas for gameday, event, social, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Supporting outbound partner proposals & renewals by pulling relevant information from consumer insights and analytics tools
  • Assistance with administrative tasks including sponsorship data entry, supporting gameday & event sponsorship obligations

  • Strategic thinker with strong creative & analytical skillsets
  • Outstanding attention to detail in all tasks, big and small
  • Strong, professional communication and organizational skills
  • Confidence & proven ability in analyzing and interpreting data
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of digital & social marketing metrics (e.g. impressions, reach, engagement rate, etc.) and paid social media strategy a bonus
