This position will assist with the maintenance, administration and management of all active directory and application servers (physical & virtual). As such, this role requires knowledge of Microsoft Windows server & client operating systems, remote access systems and knowledge of secure and compliant infrastructure components. This position requires programming and scripting skills along with general knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Office 365 management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installing, supporting and maintaining physical and virtual server infrastructure and associated storage systems, planning for and responding to service outages and other items including device configuration, hardware repair and upgrades, operating system and patch management and high availability.
  • Supporting and maintaining Office 365 (Exchange, Teams and OneDrive) environment, properly securing information and access for authorized users.
  • Lead effort for user creation, provisioning and authorization support for on-prem and cloud-based solutions including Active Directory, Azure AD, multi-factor authentication and single sign-on.
  • Assist with compliance activity as it applies to PCI, HIPAA, CCPA for server, workstation, file share and user related items.
  • Other duties include scripting, systems backups, disaster recovery/business continuity functions, encryption management.
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support as required.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Two year Computer/Networking degree or equivalent (Four year degree is preferred).
  • Three years minimum experience in Microsoft Server operating systems, Active Directory management and Office 365.
  • Three years minimum experience in mobile device management and support including Apple iOS devices.
  • Have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation for Help Desk and Knowledge Base purposes.
