 Job Description
 Job DescriptionForward Madison FC located in tropical Madison, Wisconsin and a member of USL League One is in search of a new Ticket Operations Manager to lead the daily box office functions at Breese Stevens Field.
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for the ticket operations for Forward Madison FC and other events at Breese Stevens Field. This includes up to 20 professional soccer matches and an additional 15 special events annually.
- This position will be responsible for the Breese Stevens Field seating manifest and be the key contact for the Tickets.com ticketing system.
- In addition to serving as the Club’s ticketing authority, this position will be responsible for selling and servicing season tickets, mini-plans and group tickets.
Expectations:Â
- To work all 20 Forward Madison FC home games and an additional 15 special events including concerts and festivals at Breese Stevens Field
- To follow instructions provided by the sales trainer and management
- Learn, teach and use the Tickets.com ticket system and CRM to manage accounts
- Be the ultimate authority on the ticketing system and field all questions from staff
- Manage all aspects of the box office including set-up, staffing, clean up, etc.
- Provide a high level of service to all ticketed Forward Madison FC and Breese Stevens Field customers
- To manage a book of season ticket and mini-plan customers
- To prospect and develop new non-profit and group outing clients
- To meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and meeting expectations as directed by management
- Visit customers during home games and address any issues they may have
- Participate in team sales training and sales development sessions
- Attend team functions
- Train and oversee ticket interns and seasonal box office staff
- Other duties as described by the COO or President
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- At least two years of ticket sales or operations experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree and previous experience working with Tickets.com or similar ticketing systems
