Reporting to the Associate Vice-President Marketing, the Brand and Content Manager will be required to play a key role in developing and implementing communication campaigns for Sports Experts, Atmosphere and Trio Hockey. In a highly competitive and evolving context, the candidate will be responsible, with his/her team, for the design and execution of integrated seasonal campaigns in addition to the implementation of the content strategy defined by the various digital channel specialists, buyers and the strategic planning marketing team.

As a dynamic manager with a passion for simple and coherent customer-centric communication, with strong matrix and critical thinking skills, the candidate should possess an excellent mastery of the basic principles of agile management, customer experience and brand image management in a retail context, both at the strategic and implementation levels.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, administration or communication
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in retail and marketing/communication team management, including the implementation of marketing strategies for major brands present in Quebec
  • Proven experience in developing multi-platform campaigns: TV, Web, Radio, Print
  • Experience in relationship management with an advertising agency
  • Franchise experience an asset
  • Demonstrate the following skills in daily life: positivity, agility, multi-tasking, rigour, energy, creativity and efficiency
  • Significant experience in developing and coaching teams specializing in marketing communications
  • Strong participatory leadership, with the ability to share a clear team and individual vision and goals
  • Ability to self-manage and multi-task, with a strong sense of creativity and initiative
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and social media
  • Excellent oral and written skills (in French and English), must be bilingual
  • Appreciate teamwork and operate with great autonomy and discretion
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
