 Job Description

The Implementation Specialist will support our Implementation Lead on assigned Enterprise and SMB accounts to promote high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, adoption and product renewal. The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our partners receive maximum value from their TicketManager investment.

  • Coordinate implementation activities with and for the Implementation Lead
  • Execute configurations to build client instances
  • Facilitate user/data feed maintenance with technology teams
  • Coordinate various client integrations (SSO, CRM, API, etc...)
  • Conduct training sessions – live or recorded
  • Create launch materials
  • Execute follow-ups to maintain launch process momentum
  • Participate in and/or run daily/weekly calls with implementation accounts
  • Manage the full implementation process for selected accounts
  • Routing support requests to appropriate customer support or tech support channels
  • Submit/follow up on tech tickets of all types (enhancements, bugs, investigations, security reviews, etc...)
  • Analysis of customer engagement to increase product usage and adoption

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2-4+ years of professional work experience in a collaborative project-management environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects end to end
  • Strong interpersonal skills: negotiating, influencing, and dealing effectively with people
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven presentation and executive meeting planning
  • High personal integrity, ethics, and credibility
  • Expertise with standard corporate software
