Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Group Sales Manager to provide excellent customer service to our fans and supporters. A Group Sales Manager prospects and sells the Tulsa area businesses, churches, governmental and philanthropic organizations for group ticket sales. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, be highly organized and detail-oriented and unafraid to take on challenges.
- Actively seek new clients through lead lists, cold calls, speaking engagements and networking events
- Maintain and develop working relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with clients to define their vision and needs, to generate positive results for all events
- Utilization and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client events and communications (HubSpot)
- Utilize ticketing SeatGeek to distribute tickets to clients
- Collect deposits and full payments, along with food and beverage orders as required
- Maintain accurate organization, ability to multitask, and deadline oriented.
- Other operational and game day activities as assigned

Qualifications Required
- 1-3 years of sales experience; Group Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb organizational skills
- Experience working with a CRM system (HubSpot) and ticketing software (SeatGeek) preferred
