Suns Legacy Partners (SLP) strives for a work culture that affords employees flexibility, autonomy, and trust. All work, including remote work, should be performed within Arizona, unless an exception is properly authorized in advance.

What Will You Do:

  • Provide strategic delivery of engaging digital experiences to consumers through owned channels (websites, applications, microsites, etc.), building long-term relationships with consumers that ultimately lead to digital transactions, engagement, customer affinity, and loyalty
  • Inspire creativity, out of the box ideas, and strategic solutions based on organizational goals and objectives, as well as resolution of recurring business challenges
  • Work closely with planning and project management resources to support projects from initial concept to delivery within the established scope, timing, budget, and quality parameters
  • Manage execution of cross-channel marketing strategies to drive business results, optimize efficiencies with an agile mindset, focused on timely delivery and project quality
  • Manage agency, platform, and technology partner relationships, clearly articulating digital consumer experience strategies, inspiring partners to develop and implement solutions, aligning with customer journey and fan experiences strategies
  • Utilize audience segmentation and CDP functionality, working closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop and manage audience strategies that leverage customer data and behaviors to further increase acquisition, brand loyalty, engagement, retention, and recruitment
  • Develop KPIs, measuring effectiveness of digital activations, and synthesize findings to share throughout the organization
  • Quantify the success of promotions, merchandise sales, and partner content
  • Use an entrepreneurial mindset to serve as a digital marketing subject matter expert, offering insight into the digital behaviors of consumers
  • Stay current on trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience preferably in a B2C capacity, for a consumer brand, integrated marketing agency, or media company
  • Experience developing digital strategy and marketing activations, integrated marketing, communications strategies, and/or data-driven experiences
  • Relationship management of external partners (e.g., agencies, media companies, service providers, technology companies, etc.)
  • Proven track record of implementing new concepts and ideas
  • Fundamental understanding of the project management process, as well as the ability to establish rapport and navigate projects across-functional teams
  • Exceptional communications and marketing experience demonstrating over-delivery of best-in-class integrated digital experiences
  • A culture change mindset, inspiring and infusing design thinking into how we work, build ideas, and innovate
