The Digital Video Content Coordinator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day creation and management of the content that highlights and showcases Hall’s assets, offerings, partner activations, and capabilities.  The Digital Video Content Coordinator must have a proven and strong track record of taking content ideas from ideation to production.  The Video Coordinator must have proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail and have the ability to think strategically to develop activation plans for a wide variety of objectives.   This role will work in various environments including the office, Hall, and other indoor/outdoor external event settings.
Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas:
  • Create content through Adobe Suite of products (I.E. Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop)
  • Maintain a working knowledge of digital video content platform trends and executions
  • Work with a cross-functional marketing team to develop, maintain and deliver content that elevates the position of the College Football Hall of Fame as the trusted authority within College Football
  • Produce end-to-end content for multiple internal teams
  • Ability to articulate a story in the form of video content, short and long-form
  • Manage production budget
  • Work with internal teams and strategic partners as needed for planning and execution of content

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Comprehensive understanding of Social Platform (including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat)
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail with superior organizational skills
  • Be a self-starter able to work well with minimal supervision
  • Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table
  • Willingness to step in and help the cross-functional team in various areas based on business needs
  • Confidence to passionately represent the Hall to a wide variety of audiences through video in such a way that every customer has a very positive experience and/or view of the Hall.
  • Able to clearly express ideas; excellent written communication skills; present verbal information in a straightforward manner; ask questions in order to open channels of communication and listen to understand the perspective of others.
  • Strong knowledge of football, and sports
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays
