What you’ll be doing :
  • Responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and/or electronically
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware problems
  • Identifying and advancing situations requiring urgent attention to the accurate members of the department to ensure timely resolution of intensified employee issues
  • Researching questions and problems using available information resources
  • Logging all help desk interactions using the ticket system
  • Basic telephone support (VOIP)
  • Act as liaison between users, technicians, and vendors
  • As unique situations present themselves, the Technician must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image
  • Responding to assigned tickets and requests within business defined Service Level Agreements
  • Leading and maintaining corporate cellular accounts, copier/printer accounts, and NBA Team Net Accounts
  • Performing end-user account management (provisioning and de-provisioning IT services, phone setup, laptop/desktop deployment, reset password and etc.)
  • Imaging and staging hardware for new employees including laptops, desktops and mobile devices

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to work with systems in a fast-paced industry
  • Availability to work during and support games
  • Ability to perform basic laptop, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting on PC/Mac/iOS/Android operating systems.
  • Experience working from a ticketing system
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and dedication toward the job and the mission of the company; supports company’s goals & strategic priorities
  • Works and interacts with staff and relates to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability and agility to respond and resolve operational problems quickly and correctly
  • Establishes good interpersonal skills between all constituents: being courteous, professional, and helpful; demonstrates high level of interpersonal skills to PS&E sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
