The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for IT Base Representatives to assist IT staff on event days by dispatching IT related issues around the stadium. The candidate will act as a liaison between dispatchers and technicians to relay incoming issues fielded by the dispatch team and placed into the ticket queue to the appropriate communication channel and track the issue to resolution. This will be required for Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami Games, the Miami Open, the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, concerts, and other world class events. This position is part-time and pays $15 per hour.


  • Recognize IT tagged issues and relay the message to the proper communication channels
  • Act quickly upon an IT related issue entering the ticketing queue
  • Maintain communication with technicians to track issue to resolution
  • Maintain a basic working knowledge of related IT stadium operations
  • Be knowledgeable of various areas of Hard Rock Stadium for expedited dispatching
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with other employees

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Availability to work a minimum of 80% of ALL Hard Rock Stadium events, which includes Miami Dolphins and University of Miami home games, the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, the Miami Open, concerts, soccer matches, and more. This will include weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills such as copy and paste along with switching among various open windows
  • Some customer service experience (entry level or supervisory) preferred but not required
  • Must have a positive attitude and ability to deliver world-class service with a smile and outstanding communication skills
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to quickly respond to incoming tickets, assess situations and relay message accordingly
  • Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial
