Job Description
In 2022, the Larks sold out 97.5% of every ticket and averaged 1,852 tickets out of 1,900 tickets available each game. In 2023, the Larks hosted the NWL All-Star Game installed a brand new Daktronics videoboard at the ballpark to enhance the fan experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contacting qualified group leaders to generate ticket sales revenue through fundraisers, grandstand group outings, theme nights, and other group sales efforts and ticket packages
- Calling on local organizations, non-profits, youth sports teams, schools, associations, etc.
- Make 40-80 calls to organizations on a daily basis
- Assist with renewal and servicing of group ticket packages from the 2023 season
- Manage and track ticket inventory, sales, renewals and provide updates weekly/frequent updates to the ticket sales team
- Proactively seek new leads through referrals, prospecting and networking
- Maintains detailed records of clients and prospects in the CRM system
- Maintain call logs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Conduct in-person or virtual meetings/phone calls with potential group ticket buyers
- Make unique touchpoints with current or potential group ticket holders with the goal of generating new ticket revenue
- Provide in-office and game-day support in the area of ticket resolution, customer service and will call
- Work in to box office on game nights assisting fans with walk-up sales
- Learn and use the Northwoods League ticketing systems for reports, account updates, and order processing
- Assist ticket sales staff to achieve overall ticket sales goals of the team
- Provide superior service to new and existing group ticket holders
- Assist with team of seasonal ticket interns
Qualifications Required
- Sales experience preferred
