The La Crosse Loggers Baseball Club in partnership with Copeland Park and Events Center is looking for an energetic/passionate person to lead our social media platforms for the 2023 season.  This position will be focused on promoting our brand and community, alumni and active players, special events/gamedays, work with artists management teams to promote special concerts at Copeland Park over the course of the off-season and into the summer.

Role/ Responsibility: 

  • Run all social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Website
  • Work with on-field, video and graphic design team to produce content to run on all platforms
  • Identify trends on all platforms
  • Work with General Manager to assist with all content needed to promote live shows at Copeland Park and Events Center.  Social Media Director will play a hands on role to carry out and execute social media plan as discussed with artists management team
  • Have firm understanding of the Loggers brand and community to ensure all posts are in line with goals and history of organization

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite
  • Organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to work in a team environment and taking the lead in weekly social media meeting with appropriate team members
  • Willingness to be at all of Loggers home games as well as extra events as identified
  • Ability to multitask
  • Outgoing personality
