Job DescriptionThe Charleston Battery is looking for passionately driven undergraduate or graduate student to join our Sales team for the 2023 Season. This individual will be responsible for assisting our Sales team in generating leads for the end-to-end ticket sales process. This is an in-person, seasonal position that can start as early as March and end as late as October.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client communications for one-time ticket sales, group sales, and season memberships
- Develop sales lead campaigns for the department through market and fan research projects
- Provide friendly customer service for in-coming calls and match day interactions
- Document and track progress of relationships with prospects through CRM
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of all group and season ticket internal and external events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Must be a self-starter and possess team building skills
- Knowledge of the USL and soccer is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.)
