Job Description
The Atlanta Falcons Payment Services team assists Season Ticket Members by delivering top-notch service and customizable payment plans. The program provides reps with the necessary tools, skills, and experiences to build a solid foundation within the professional sports industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Recover past-due PSL and Season Ticket payments from clients
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve un usual/adverse situations and make sound judgement decisions based on available facts
- Proactively communicate with Season Ticket Members to determine needs and become experts on the products and services offered
- Manage records within Archtics and CRM ticketing systems
- Assist various departments on gamedays to develop further insight and skillset within the AMBSE family
Qualifications Required
- 60+ touchpoints daily
- 30-hour work week, ability to work home games
- Punctuality
- Meet weekly goals set by management
- Maintain positive demeanor, team spirit and professionalism at all times
- Attend and contribute at meetings
- This is an in-person position expected to work at Mercedes-Benz Stadium
