The Experiential Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for supporting the Marketing and Events team. The role will help bring Minnesota United (MNUFC) brand to life through key club events and brand growth initiatives. This position will communicate, assist and execute experiences and events, while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet established goals. The Experiential Marketing Coordinator will assist in managing a team of event leads and brand ambassadors.  This position is based in Golden Valley, MN.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Experiential Marketing with strategy of brand growth initiatives and planning of events and activations
  • Assist in managing a team of brand ambassadors working with the coordinator, experiential marketing and game presentation
  • Manage and oversee away game viewing parties
  • Lead and act as main point of contact for experiential marketing brand growth initiatives, events, and activations
  • Activate footprints according to MNUFC brand standards
  • Manage the company van including keeping up with maintenance checks, scheduling, and working with other departments on requests and needs
  • Oversee and manage experiential inventory and storage
  • Assist the club eMLS program and overall esports initiative
  • Write pre-event descriptions and post-event recaps
  • Support game presentation for MNUFC home games and lead external activations
  • Lead communication and project management on events with internal departments including partnership, community relations, and sales
