- Assist with managing volunteer program with focus on communication, training, uniform distribution, committee meetings, etc.
- Update and enhance volunteer creative items (volunteer handbook, food vouchers, Volunteer PartyInvites, etc.)
- Manage inventory, storage and organization of all tournament volunteer apparel, tenure items and gifts
- Assist with corporate hospitality, including activation and facilitating relationships with tournament sponsors, clients, vendors, etc.
- Manage pre-event shipping and storage of client boxes
- Coordination and execution of special event logistics
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Capacity to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and remain composed under pressure
- Organization, attention to detail and time management
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, clients, vendors and general public.
