 Job Description

  • Asses the employee information and training manuals, and update/ change if needed.
  • Recruit and Hire Day of Game staff for the 2023 season. Fine tune screening process.
  • Onboarding/Orientation preparation and scheduling. Work with Director of WOW team orientations and on-boarding trainings.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media.
  • Update and maintain our internal databases (Square) with new employee information, including contact details, availability, and necessary employment documentation.
  • Analyze staffing platforms for efficiency.
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital forms and hard copies.
  • Participate and help execute any job fairs or company events regarding employee recognition.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

Foundational Human Resources - Human Resources are a very important to all businesses. You will gain a good foundation of what Human Resources look like and the tasks involved to stay compliant with State and Federal laws. Completion of this internship will give you a good understanding of how to perform basic Human Resource job duties. Staffing and Hiring Project - You will work closely with the HR Director on hiring and staffing inititives of the PaddleHeads day of game staff members. Through this project you will learn interviewing techniques, on-boarding, and much more of the hiring process. Every company in the world hires, after this internship you will have key expereince to take into your future careers. Orientation and On-Boarding Project - Working closely with the Director of WOW and HR Director to create a system of on-boarding and orientation of all day of game staff members. With the goal of 100% of staff members going through orientation and on-boarding you will manage this project and learn how to create a successful on-boarding and oreintation process.
