Job Description
The Las Vegas Aces are seeking driven and positive self-starters who are committed to becoming sports sales leaders. The Account Manager, Ticket Sales is responsible for selling ticket packages and building relationships with the fanbase for the Las Vegas Aces. Ticket packages will include season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, and premium inventory. All relationships will be developed from making outbound calls, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and conducting out-of-office appointments.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for generating ticket revenue through cold calls, face-to-face appointments, prospecting, and networking
- Responsible for selling season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium inventory
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
- Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation approaches
- Create new business opportunities through up-selling, and referrals from existing clients and prospects
- Effectively handle incoming calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system
- Attend and work community events, representing the team to network and build a sales pipeline
- Assist with game day responsibilities of the sales department
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience with a CRM database, Salesforce preferred
- Previous experience with a ticketing system, AXS preferred
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with clients at all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a team player and work well in a team setting
- Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in sports
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and select ticket sales and networking events
