 Job Description

Reports to the Director, Creative Services and Game Presentation as well as the Director, Business Development.  The Manager, Graphic Design and Partnership Services is responsible for the creation, activation, and fulfillment of all Corporate Partner design elements, contracts and services.  This role is also responsible for execution of in-game promotional video board graphics.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collects and finalizes artwork to fulfill sponsor elements including signage, print, digital, etc.
  • Design Partnership Development proposals and recaps
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships for renewal and referral opportunities
  • Accomplish sales and retention goals through a set number of outbound sales activities each week; including phone calls, text/chat messages, “face-to-face" appointments, and in-person arena visits
  • Coordinates with sponsors to ensure sponsored assets and elements are current and accurate
  • Ensures activation and implementation of sponsorship assets
  • Responsible for Pre-Event Sponsorship correspondence and coordination
  • Assist in coordinating details for promotional nights
  • Additional design projects could include but not limited to: Season Seat campaigns, Newspaper Ads, E-mail marketing components, Internet banners and pop-ups, E-mail campaign layout and design
  • Assist with the planning and execution of all Partner events, and other major events
  • Attends local networking events, functions, festivals, etc.

 

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Degree is In lieu of degree, extensive experience in a related field will be considered
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word)
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design.
  • Outstanding work ethic, self-motivation and a team player
  • Ability to execute exceptional organizational skills in the face of tight deadlines and multiple demands
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to ensure excellent customer care to both internal and external clients
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented, with superb client interactive skills and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a motor vehicle license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment
  • Successful applicants must be able to provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination
