Job Description
The Florida Panthers seek an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly organized individual to work as a Data Analyst; this position will serve a key role in our Business Intelligence team, performing a wide variety of tasks ranging from ticket sales forecasting to lead generation and distribution. This person will contribute to high visibility projects throughout the organization and make a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.
Essential Functions:
- Develop reports via data visualization software that provide relevant insights and trends to key stakeholders
- Collaborate across multiple departments to determine and report on key metrics
- Use existing CRM platforms to distribute qualified leads to ticket sales reps
- Assist in the building and maintenance of our ticket sales model
- Monitor trends in ticket sales to assist in the process of dynamic pricing
- Work closely with team members on internal and external survey initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc analysis of various business operations

Work Environment
This position works in an arena where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, temperatures are variable – often cold; lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights and pyrotechnics.
Physical Demands
Walking – Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
Lifting – Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles.
Standing - Particularly for sustained periods of time.
