Job Description
You’re a planner and a creator, conceptualizing, producing, shooting and editing video content including highlight clips and packages, community event recaps, hype videos, ticket promotions, interviews and player features that are packaged for specific platforms. You’ll shoot practices, games and community events and travel as necessary. You’ll work under the direction of the Director of Content, but you’re a good time manager, prioritizing projects and understanding how much time to dedicate to each task. With your interest in the video industry, you’ll manage the purchase, maintenance and organization of production equipment and oversee the media management process. You’re up-to-date on video trends on digital media, and have a joy for learning new skills from, and teaching old skills to, other team members.
Key Skills Needed
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Arri and Sony camera systems
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, primarily Premiere Pro, After
- Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Bridge, and Photoshop
- Fundamental understanding of entire production process (pre-production, shooting,
- post-production)
- Proficient post-production skills (including audio editing, color correction, and motion
- graphics)
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork and superb time and deadline management
- Interest in trends in digital and social media video and knowledge of social media
- platforms
- Experience with asset management systems
Qualifications Required
- 3-5 years of professional production experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends and game days and travel as necessary
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19
- This role is located in our Falls Church office, we have a Hybrid schedule with Mondays & Friday’s being remote
- Ability to lift 40lbs
