Job Description
The Project Manager is an integral part of the Marketing Department, whose responsibility is to see all creative, video, photo and other departmental projects from inception to completion. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the department’s workflow management process in Trello
- Facilitate all cross-departmental creative, photo or video requests and ensure they are completed on time
- Secure players and other talent for content needs
- Book venues as needed for content requests
- Ensure rental equipment is secured ahead of shoots
- Attend all photo and video shoots, and ensure all production needs are met
- Work with local printers and other vendors to execute printed projects accurately
- Secure approvals on projects from other departments or partners
- Proof-read all graphics and videos
- Other duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience
- Tremendous organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledge of the printing process and other production principles
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to be a team player, contribute ideas and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Available Nights, Weekends and Holidays
