Job DescriptionThe La Crosse Loggers Baseball Club is looking for an individual that is passionate about community, making an impact with our local non-profits and assisting in player and mascot appearances.
Roles/ Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Fundraiser nights with local non-profits on Gamedays
- Work with our Foundation to run 50/50 raffle on Gamedays to raise money for local organizations
- Assist with reserving dates for our players and mascots to make appearances around our community
- Work with our Director of Tickets to assist with coordinating local youth sports organizations to be involved on Gamedays
- Work with our Director of Tickets to book and oversee our local musician spotlight on key Gamedays
- Work with our Director of Tickets to coordinate Military recognitions on our Gamedays.
- Be a part of our on-field crew to promote non-profits/local youth sports organizations, coordinate check presentations on field, etc
- Be knowledgeable in our Ticketing and CRM system to sell tickets, create promo codes, track sales etc
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Ability to multitask
- General knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft, Adobe Suite)
- Availability on all Loggers gamedays/events
- Team player/ work well in team environment
- Organized
