Job Description
The La Crosse Loggers Baseball Club is looking for an outgoing, creative and passionate person with a knack for retail to lead our souvenir sales for the 2023 season. This person will assist with the creation, execution and display of our retail options for the upcoming season.
Roles/ Responsibilities:
- Assist and also lead with the creation of Loggers apparel for the 2023 season
- Work with our retail vendor to create apparel, place orders and coordinate pickups
- Oversee and track all inventory during the season
- Oversee Online Store. Including but not limited to, tracking orders, ensure timely deliver, inventory updating, lead communication with purchaser
- Track all gross sales on a Gameday basis and report to General Manager when needed
- Display Pro Shop in a professional manner with layout of apparel, cleanliness, excellent customer service skills etc.
- Oversee Gameday Employees assigned to assist with the Pro Shop
- Research trends, new apparel to bring to the team for consideration and implementation
Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Ability to multitask
- General knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft, Adobe Suite)
- Availability on all Loggers gamedays/events
- Team player/ work well in team environment
- Organized
