 Job Description

The Corporate Partnerships Account Manager will be responsible for the management of many of the organization’s corporate partners. The main priority of this position is building and maintaining relationships with current partners and the fulfillment of partnerships agreements throughout the season. In addition, this role will assist the Corporate Partnerships Sales staff throughout the entire sales process by assisting with prospecting, proposal development and renewal efforts. This role must have a thorough understanding of the department’s goals and objectives and be able to work cross functionally with all departments to bring partnership programs to fruition.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Establish strong working relationships with current partners.
  • Have a clear understanding of partners’ individual marketing, business goals and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of internal objectives, processes and policies and the ability to educate partners on such information.
  • Ensure partners receive a superior level of customer service.
  • Work closely with and communicate well across all Bengals internal departments (i.e., content, football operations, digital, ticketing etc.) within the organization necessary to ensure fulfillment of clients’ partnership agreement.
  • Conduct business during non-traditional hours, including all home games, client events, prospecting events, etc.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships activation team to ensure fulfillment of current agreements and inventory.
  • Further current and new business sales efforts by actively collaborating with Corporate Partnerships Sales team to identify revenue opportunities utilizing existing and newly created partnership inventory (i.e., television, in-market promotions, social media, etc.)
  • Assist with sponsor, marketing and/or broadcast-related projects, as assigned.
  • Other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or Management required.
  • At least two (2) years of sponsorship activation experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven understanding of the practices and principles related to the sale and execution of corporate partnerships.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers.
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by events or requirements
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
