Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting future entry-level Foundation sales team members, including: 1) attending recruiting events throughout the year, 2) developing new relationships with universities’ Sales or Sport Management programs, & 3) conducting interviews and hiring top talent
- Onboarding our new Foundation sales team members with an extensive 3-week onboarding consisting of product knowledge, sales scripts, B2B training, personal and professional expectations, & team-building activities
- Conduct weekly sales meeting and monthly sales training with the Foundation team
- Set and track annual sales goals for the team
- One-on-one weekly meetings with the team focusing on personal and professional development
- Accompany team members on sales meetings
- Assisting Business Intelligence team with lead strategy for the Foundation
- Attending and contributing to weekly leadership meetings
- Monitor weekly status of department staff for measuring productivity and results.
- Enhance the presentation and in-arena appointment presentations skills of sales team by providing ongoing coaching and supervision.
- Any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by our Senior Director, Business Development
