Job Description
- Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual annual goal by selling different products including, but not limited to: Memberships (both one-year & multi-year commitments), Partial Plans, Single-Event Suites, Suite Leases, & Single-Game Premium Seating
- Prospecting B2B (business-to-business), conducting B2B appointments, and selling B2B
- Expected to meet and/or exceed weekly hustle metrics including phone calls, out of office appointments, and total touchpoints
- Utilizing Salesforce throughout the sales process, such as taking detailed notes, tracking appointments, logging hustle metrics, and confirming sales activities
- Manage a $500,000 book of business consisting of 10-20 premium season ticket holders
- One-on-one weekly meetings with your team leader focused on personal and professional development, as well as weekly meetings with the entire premium team
- Continued creativity, innovation, and collaboration of best practices amongst team members
- Any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by our Manager, Premium Development
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on business, sports, sales, or related field
- Proven track record of selling B2B, memberships, groups
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales; working in sports and entertainment industry preferred
