Job Description
This Position is responsible for all ticket operation duties related to the ARCHTICS (Ticketmaster) ticketing system, Ticketmaster Host, TM Account Manager, and Mobile Ticketing for the Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton Penguins. This person will oversee the distribution of all season membership packages, group tickets, renewal mailings, and invoicing. This individual will also be the liaison between the Penguins and the Mohegan Sun Arena box office at all Penguins home games.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation and maintenance of all manifests, seasons, events, ticket types, price codes, users, etc. in both ARCHTICS and Ticketmaster Host ticket systems
- Management of event inventory in both ARCHTICS and Host ticket systems for all events.
- Management of seasonal renewals comprised of:
- Season ticket memberships, group ticket accounts, and premium seating
- Invoice template creation
- Payment plan management
- All TM Account Manager processes
- Creation and management of all ticket templates, including mobile templates and images.
- Management of all necessary print files.
- Management of all events within TM Entry.
- Creation and monitoring of all necessary purchase links for websites and other marketing campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with all team members across all departments
- Collaborate with ticket sales team to keep all ticketing processes efficient and on time
- Customer service and problem-solving customer questions and issues related to tickets
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience managing events in Ticketmaster (Archtics/ TM Account Manager)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Superior verbal/written communications skills
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge and ability to think strategically
- Ability to work nights and weekends
