Job Description
Ticket Scanners work gamedays and serve as the initial touchpoint with our fans. Ticket Scanners are responsible to provide excellent customer service when assisting gameday patrons with scanning tickets and answering general ticket or stadium questions. The work environment for this position is outdoors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
- Scan tickets and assist with other stadium operations as needed.
- Provide application support if needed at arrival.
- Such other duties, activities, and roles as the company from time to time may designate in its sole and absolute discretion.
Qualifications Required
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- All tickets are contactless – experience navigating smartphones and mobile device apps.
- Passion for Republic FC and soccer in general is preferred.
- Dependable, trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
