Job Description
The Coordinator, Credentials will be responsible for checking staff and guest as well as assisting with setting up and restocking credentials.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of credentials and procedures for credentialing persons
- Create and manage multiple data bases
- Learn access tiers and verify appropriate assignment to a tier
- Knowledge of security features incorporated in credentialing
- Assist graphic teams with design, modification, and approval of credentials
- Use software provided with credential printers to produce physical credentials
- Manage credential stock and associated accessories
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior sports experience preferred
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office programs to include Excel and Word
- Operational knowledge of PhotoShop
- Ability to work independently and respond to demands from media and throughout the organization
- Must be available to work all home games in the season
- Must be team-oriented, extremely outgoing, and motivated
