Job DescriptionThis position will safely direct vehicles and pedestrians in and about the Kauffman Stadium/Truman Sports Complex in coordination with our traffic patterns as they enter & exit. Position will be required to enforce KC Royals parking policies and procedures while providing quality customer service to each of our guests.
Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Know the approved traffic patterns for the complex
- Separate reserved from non-reserved vehicles based upon hang tags
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and guests to implement our traffic patterns
- Be “aggressively friendly” to all guests
- Enforce Royals parking policies and procedures
- Be constantly aware of surroundings
- Be alert to guests needing first aid, transportation, or AAA assistance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for at least 5 hours & possibly longer on some game dates
- Available to work in heat/cold and other inclement weather while on complex
- Knowledge of baseball helpful
- Possess a professional attitude that is customer service oriented
- Available to work flexible hours to include holidays, weekends, evenings and all home games
