Job Description
Job DescriptionA trainee with the Beloit Sky Carp works in an organization and environment that is recognized as one of the best in minor league baseball. The Sky Carp’s goal is to provide each trainee valuable work experience, and great preparation for a full-time position with the Sky Carp or other sports organizations. The position is seasonal, generally limited to a maximum of 30 hours per week and does not include benefits other than hourly pay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Schedule and attend all mascot appearances
- Schedule and attend all player appearances
- Implement and track incentive card program
- Schedule and conduct all field trips and stadium tours
- Schedule and conduct Reading program
- Consistently update MiLB charity page
- Assist in fulfilling and tracking donations
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- High level of integrity
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong team work skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to organize, make and report cold calls
- Ability to attend company events of all types
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
