Job Description
Working closely with the Manager, Email and SMS Marketing and the Director, Digital Marketing, the Email Marketing Coordinator will design HTML email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and other tools like Photoshop or Illustrator to design and build marketing emails
- Build marketing automation workflows including email journeys
- Using a project management tool, organize and structure projects to get approvals from various stakeholders
- Understand competitive trends in the event/sport space, implement learnings
- Work closely with various departments from customer experience to sales to deliver engaging email campaigns
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in digital commerce or marketing/communication
- Email and SMS campaign management experience, agency experience is a plus
- Experience with events and sport content using lead generation and ticket sales tactics is preferred
- Experience using project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong HTML and CSS experience
- “Make-it-happen” work ethic and attitude
- Self-directed with an understanding of prioritization based on objectives
