Job Description
Job Description- Ensure guests’ check-in procedures are followed.
- Responsible for operating games and passing out prizes; interact with guests as they participate in the games.
- Ensure guests are safely using the play equipment.
- Ensure young guests are not leaving the enclosed area without their parent/guardian.
- Assist with the nightly setup and end of night breakdown/clean up.
- Enforce all ballpark policies.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Customer service oriented.
- Knowledge of ballpark and seating layouts, restrooms and emergency exits.
- Strong communication skills preferred.
- Ability to continuously stand and walk for 5 – 8 hours throughout the ballpark, including but not limited to, stairs and ramps.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold and rain.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to work Opening Day
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
